**Sustainability is part of our work**

At Intelligent Service, we believe that innovation and sustainability can go hand in hand.

Every maintenance, overhaul, and reconditioning intervention helps extend the life cycle of Heidelberg printing machines, reducing the need to replace still recoverable components or systems and limiting the consumption of new raw materials.

Questa filosofia si traduce in un duplice vantaggio: da un lato una significativa riduzione dell'impatto ambientale, dall'altro un concreto risparmio economico per i nostri clienti.

**Rigenerare significa creare valore**

Every day our technicians perform complete overhauls on machines and components, following rigorous procedures that include:

- technical inspection and in-depth diagnosis;
- professional disassembly and cleaning;
- repair or replacement of worn components;
- mechanical and electronic overhaul;
- painting and aesthetic restoration;
- reassembly, calibration and final testing with print tests.

Each overhauled machine represents a resource that returns to producing reliably, avoiding waste and contributing to a circular economy model.

**Our commitment to the environment**

We also pay particular attention to manufacturing processes.

Whenever technically possible, we use products and solvents with low environmental impact, favoring more sustainable solutions without compromising the quality of our workmanship.

For us, environmental protection is not an occasional initiative, but a principle that guides our daily operations.
