SERVER TO CONNECT CP2000 AND CTP
We can connect the CP2000 or PressCenter (PresetLink o InstantGate) with your ComputerToPlate, by our new ink interface product. Max performance at minimum cost !
Through a special mini- Server add-in, mounted close to the touch CP2000 or PressCenter, plate images are processed and automatically converted into openings ink (ink profile). The algorithm of this new system is very perfect and - ink zone adjustments of the various printing units are produced automatically without operator intervention. Exactly as in the PrepressInterface system , the system InkInterface connects via Ethernet network to CtP and the CP2000 or PressCenter, thus acting as a bridge between the two worlds.
The computer INK Interface allows you to transfer the ink levels of individual jobs to all machines on the network. The quality and accuracy of this product is out of question, and it’s not comparable to other solutions that use the approach of "false memory-card" cable permanently installed inside the machine. Once registered the rollers of the machine and calibrated curves of color CP2000 or PressCenter, the system provides a precision almost 95%, virtually eliminating the time of "make ready ."
Heidelberg machines compatibility
This server allows you to calculate and transfer the data of the levels of inking zones :
- At CP2000 machines equipped with option Presetlink active or InstantGate active / over Ethernet
- At CPTronic machines / drive through Memory Card
- At CP2000 machines without option Presetlink or InstantGate/ over Ethernet (DataBank Connect)
Computer to Plate compatibility
To connect this system is necessary that your Workflow / RIP is equipped with CIP3 export option. Your CTP can be located remotely. In the case of outside services CIP3 you download files over the Internet.
