I.R.S. is an advanced solution designed by of Christian Cassani.

It is a great success that has been reached after months of complex and sophisticated analysis that took place in cooperation with Mr. Andrea Zabeo, engineer and Cheaf Manager of the Camporese Spa Research and Development department.

Intelligent Remote Service is available for all versions of CP2000 and PressCenter.
Our operator will respond quickly to emergency calls in order to solve as soon as possible any customer problem about Heidelberg machines.

I.R.S. requires a one-time activation charge (I.R.C. - Intelligent Remote Connection).
The solutions comes in two different versions:

I.R.S. - Intelligent Remote Service:
Period: 12-month service

Start date: the same day the customer signs the contract;
Payment: monthly fee
Type of assistance: remote assistance service from Monday to Friday;
Time slot: from 8:30 am to 5:30pm;

I.R.S. - Intelligent Remote Service PLUS:
Period: 12-month service

Start date: the same day the customer signs the contract;
Payment: monthly fee
Type of assistance: remote assistance service from Monday to Saturday;
Time slot: from 8:00 am to 8:00pm;
Access to toll free number and “personalized access code”;
