Intelligent Service Srl It is a company specialized in technical assistance for Heidelberg printing machines, operational since 2012.

For several years, we have supported printing companies in Italy and abroad by offering high-value mechanical, electronic, software, and diagnostic support services.

Our team is made up exclusively of technicians with extensive experience in the sector, trained directly at Heidelberg Germany and constantly updated on the latest technologies.

Our high level of specialization, combined with the experience gained from hundreds of installations and interventions, allows us to expertly address any technical issue, ensuring rapid response times and effective solutions.

Support always begins with an initial telephone analysis, during which our technicians assess the problem and, when possible, guide the customer towards an immediate solution, avoiding unnecessary on-site interventions.

For more complex problems we make our proprietary system available IBOX – Intelligent Remote Service, which allows remote connection to the printing press to perform complete diagnostics in real time, check the status of the electronic systems, analyze errors and, in many cases, resolve the anomaly without interrupting production.

When an on-site intervention is necessary, we promptly organize the technician's visit based on the urgency and the customer's production needs, ensuring the availability of the necessary spare parts to minimize downtime.

We also offer customized preventative maintenance programs, designed to increase machine reliability, prevent unexpected breakdowns, and optimize operating costs over time.

We have a large logistical and technical structure that allows us to quickly supply electronic boards, control computers, motors, pumps, complete units, and numerous original and reconditioned spare parts.

We also offer a highly specialized inspection center, dedicated to the regeneration of electronic and mechanical components and the complete overhaul of printing machines and all related peripherals (pumps, compressors, ovens, refrigerators, etc.), offering customers a valid alternative to purchasing new equipment.
